Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are accepting our Terms of Sale, details of which can be found here.

Availability All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If any item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise of the next available date, should you wish to cancel your order all monies will be refunded to you.

We aim to dispatch in stock items within 48 hours. Some items are sent directly from the manufacturer, please allow a up to 10 working days for delivery. Delivery times for customised and made to order items will be given on receipt of order.

Delivery Charges and Delivery Times
Orders are sent by a Courier Service. If you require your goods urgently please phone through order for express delivery charges. Delivery is arranged within 48hours of receipt of payment (stock items only) subject to availability. Delivery takes between 5 and 10 days depending on location and type of order. Made to order items can take between 4 to 6 weeks from placing order - please contact us for estimated delivery times.

Delivery charges are estimated at time of order, if they should differ from the price quoted you will be contact by phone or email before we accept payment. Delivery charges are made according to the weight and value of your order. If you would like a postal quote before placing your order please call 01172 303 777 or email us.

Payment Options
We accept all debit cards and credit cards and offer a secure system of transmission of all card details via Paypal. No credit card details are held by us. We accept payment in either Pounds Sterling or Euro's.

To arrange for return of your goods please contact us on 01172 303 777  Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, or email us.  We will supply you with a returns address and returns reference number.

Please note our Returns Address is different to our administration address, We do not accept returns to the administration address.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and if for any reason you are not happy please return it within 14 days and we will exchange or refund the item at your request - subject to the following conditions:

If an item arrives faulty or damaged you will be refunded in full or the item exchanged upon receipt of the returned item. We do not refund delivery costs.

If you are resident in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your order after you have received and inspected the goods. Please note that "inspect" means examine, and does not permit you or your horse to wear and use the items. It is reasonable to try on the times briefly for sizing, it should be apparent before fully trying on the goods whether they are likely to fit or not , do not stretch goods or force zips or fastenings as this may damage the goods and cause injury to you or your horse. Additional care should be taken to protect the items when trying on from wear marks including wear to zips, straps etc.  

The goods must be returned with any accessories, packaging, instructions, etc intact and must be in unused, new condition (unsoiled, undamaged, unused) within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that you are under a Legal Duty to take care of the product including all packaging and labelling. Care must be taken to ensure that the goods remain in “new” condition.

When returning any item you have a legal Duty of Care If the item has been used so that it is dirtied, or damaged by you in any way, if the item is returned with user wear we will consider that you are in breach of your legal duty to take reasonable care of the item. If you need guidance on the best way to try items without damaging them, please contact us for advice. Where you have not taken reasonable care of the item, we will claim any reduction in the resale value of the item from you, which may be deducted from the refund. Goods will not be accepted for return that have been made specifically to a customer’s requirements, design or measurements.

When returning goods:
A proof of purchase must be supplied.
You must return any free gifts which came with the product.
We can not refund any items that have been specially made to your individual specification or personalised.
A full refund less delivery costs (cost of goods) will be sent within 30 days of receipt of returned goods.

Equine Whispers can not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any goods in transit. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with insurance from your post office. All goods remain the property of Equine Whispers until paid for in full.

When exchanging goods:
We reserve the right to charge you our costs for posting the exchanged goods back to you. Please provide us with payment details or send the return postage along with the returned goods.

Trial Facilities
If you wish to try and item please contact us prior to purchase. We provide trial facilities on treeless saddles, please do not use our goodwill to try our products free of charge, we are a small family run business, not a high profit corporation. If you have purchased a saddle without having taken our offer of a trial and the goods purchased are returned soiled, damaged or soiled from a trial you will be subject to a restocking fee dependent upon amount of use and wear.

Product Guarantees
Equine Whispers act as Agents for the manufacturers of the goods sold, any product Guarantee or Warranty is held directly with the original manufacturer, details of which will be supplied upon request. Any guarantees offered with specific goods are non transferable.
Limitation of Liability

Equestrian activities can be dangerous. In no event shall Equine Whispers or its owners be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its product(s). Buyer assumes all risks and liability from use of product(s).

Always check equipment before use on every occasion that it is used for signs of wear and tear or damage. Do not use the equipment if it is showing any signs of wear and tear or damage. If the equipment is within the warranty period you must stop using it and return it for repair or replacement.
You are responsible for the safety of You and Your equine and must always choose equipment that is appropriate to You and Your equine, it is essential that you are properly trained and experienced before applying any new equipment to an equine. If you have any doubts about Your capabilities or suitability of the equipment for Your equine please seek expert assistance before using any products.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
